Get Pet Insurance NOW!

I want to talk to you today about a newspaper article that I was reading a week or so ago. These kinds of article come to me quite regularly. It was about an elderly gentleman who’s 13 year old dog jumped his front fence, and ended up costing him over $100,000.

The dog was playing in the front yard and it ran across the road and sadly was hit by a motorcyclist.

Now, the dog was killed and that was devastating of course for the gentleman who owned the dog, but despite the motorcyclist not being seriously injured, the story does not end there.

A month or so later, the gentleman who owned the dog got a letter to indicate that he was going to be sued. In fact, he was being sued for in excess of a $100,000.00, which to a retired gentleman was quite a shock, as it would be to anybody.

I have only recently heard about you and have tried to get my hands on everything you have available on the internet. I have listened to many of your audios over and over again in the last 2 weeks. To me you make a lot of sense and have got me thinking out of the box alot more. I would love to come to a seminar or see you live. I would dearly love to come to the 3 day bootcamp in brisbane. I have checked through your website as to how to become an ultimate member and have tried to send in my details to do so but with no success. I would love for you to contact me to let me know how I could may be do this. Thankyou for inspiring me.

While I agree that the insurance should include all possibilities you need to protect your assets from, but wouldn’t the courts take due care and effort into consideration? If he made every effort to have the yard properly fenced, the dog on a lead, etc, I would think he has taken due care. Or are we getting too litigious a society to let some common sense rule?
    Just a thought.

Please note my comments under the article “The Importance of Pet Insurance”. A simple contents policy would have come into play in this instance.
