Have you ever heard any of the old sayings like, be careful what you wish for and what you focus on is what you get.

While I was having some discussion during the week about instances where you focus on something, you might have had a thought of that someone and then suddenly they ring on the telephone or you might have been driving along and have this flash of a thought about having a flat tire, and then five minutes later guess what happens. Or it might be something more positive like thing about having a car parking space and bingo there it is.

Well exactly the same thing is true for property. When you focus on the type of property that you are actually looking for or you start to take notice of what is actually around you, it is surprising how many actual deals you can find.
