I’ve been spending a lot of quality time with my inner-circle group, over the last couple of weeks and been getting in to their heads about how they actually go through the process of searching for real estate.

Now, remember, these guys are already successful. Some of them are multi-millionaires and yet their process for real estate research is often spasmodic with no real action plan.

So what I thought I’d do, is cover with you what I covered with them, and that is how I specifically research real estate investments.

My system is very organised, targeted and I have specific outcomes. I have my criteria which I’ll share with you and I don’t like wasting time or window shopping.
