Renovating with Other People’s Money
The lady that asked me this question was fairly young, she was late teens early 20s and she said I haven’t been able to get into the property market yet, I have a little bit of savings, I’ve invested in a few shares and a little bit of managed funds, but I don’t have a whole lot and I live in Sydney. As you know prices in Sydney are exorbitant and I just don’t know what to do.
Well let me just go through the aspects first of all behind that question and then give you some ideas.
