Strata Titling

This week I want to talk to you about some success stories and the reason I am doing this is because I want to show you and share with you and a really, really fantastic strategy and that strategy is Strata titling. It is a strategy that I worked through in my work shops. It is a strategy that I detail in my manuals and in my home study courses. It is a strategy that I have done myself. It is a strategy I highly recommend and it is a strategy that can at the moment make you some serious bucks.

Now, this strategy Strata titling, what is it well let me tell you. Strata titling is the process of breaking something down from one title into a number of individual titles. Let me explain. For instance you might go and buy a block of units or a block of flour or duplex which is a block of two. You might go and buy some strip shops. Now that is not what you think it might.
