Today’s Property Market

This week I want to talk to you about the market and what a huge opportunity, we all have to make an enormous amount of money over what I consider to be the next two to three years.

Whilst I am not a big advocate of picking your times in the market, trying to pick the bottom of the market and the top of the market, trading in and out, and all that sort of thing. I am very much in favor of analyzing the economic conditions of the market and working out strategies that suit those conditions and capitalizing on that.

I mean that is just common sense. It is funny even when you look at the definition of the market. I mean anyone would think that we have exactly the same situation happening right across the country when in fact that is so far from the truth that it is not funny.

What is actually happening is that you have got little micro economies happening all around Australia and in fact all around the world. But let us deal with Australia for now.
